Thank you all for your continued patronage and support. Over the last year we have not reduced our work or shipping schedule, and in fact we have extended our hours of operation to meet the demands of our customers. We value every single one of our customers, and we wouldn’t be here without you all. We’ve also not compromised our quality control, standards or integrity in any shape or form.
With that said, the continued persistence of delays from our ancillary vendors, particularly shipping and freight companies, with regard to their reduction in service guarantees as a result of procedural changes due to government or corporate mandates, winter storms / the deep freeze in Texas, supply shortages or other reasons, has now resulted in shipping delays that our outside of our control.
The purpose of this update is to inform all of our customers that we will continue to work as hard as possible to reduce the impact of these delays, even if it continues to require long hours and a 7 day work schedule, but we ask very respectfully that our customers please be patient and expect shipping delays as the situation is now outside of our control. As much as we’d like to be in full control of every aspect of our business, we are not a freight/shipping company, and at times like this we are the mercy of FedEx, UPS, USPS and the various trucking companies that we contract to make our deliveries and to deliver to us.
