Shipping & Returns Terms


All orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home, or United States Postal Service whichever is most economical and reasonable (unless otherwise requested). Shipping charges apply to the continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO addresses -shipping charges will be extra (Please contact us for a quote). Please allow 3-14 business days for shipping time for most orders placed to be shipped within the continental USA. If you require faster shipping, please contact us for a quote. All orders shipped through FedEx or USPS automatically include signature required delivery.

Damage & Shortage Claims

All damage and/or shortage must be resolved with the shipping agency. FN Wheels will provide whatever information necessary to process damage claims to the customer. The customer is responsible for resolving all damage claims with the shipping company.

All packages are shipped fully insured with signature confirmation. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect all packages for damage prior to signing for the package. If the outer packaging is damaged or opened, the contents should be inspected PRIOR to signing for the package.

FN Wheels thoroughly inspects and properly packages all items prior to shipment using a triple check method. It should not ever be assumed that FN Wheels sent the customer a damaged item, so do not sign for an item containing a damaged product. We do not ship damaged or used items unless it has been specifically noted and discounted on our order (i.e. rare instances in which we may have sample items).

Please retain all shipping cartons and packing materials for carrier inspection.
